Identification Requirements

To comply with California Notary Law, you must present a valid, unexpired form of identification. Acceptable IDs include:

• California Driver’s License or ID Card

• U.S. Passport (or Passport Card)

• Other U.S. State Driver’s Licenses or IDs

• Inmate ID (if in CA state prison)

• U.S. Military ID (with photo, description, signature, and serial number)

Pricing & Other Fees

$10 per signature, per person (CA State law reflects $15 per signature)

Travel fees apply based on your location (see below; minimum $10 travel fee)

After-hours, weekends, and holidays may include an additional service fee.
